Gift from DHB: Tutorial to custom a basic MDF furniture kit
This kind of furniture easily found at crafts stores or even online. They are easy to assemble, heads up to beginners! No glue needed, if it's a laser cut type, just pop the parts off the plates, sand a little and fit the tabs in the grooves. You can also find the pre-assembled kind as well.
The problem with these kits is that they are really basic. Left as they come, they do not look natural, they don't give that "real life" feeling. It's a good idea at least to paint, stain or varnish them. Or, if you are willing to go a little further, follow DollHouse BRAZIL tutorial to revamp your basic kit into a charming garden or porch set for your dollhouse!
